-Official Roster (must match the roster we received)
-Emergency Release Forms for every rostered player
-Game cards in jersey order (4 cards)
-Laminated Player ID Cards or Official Photo Roster

Please note, if you do not fulfill your referee assignment, there will be points deducted from your assigned team's pool play total. Refer to our tournament rules below should there be any questions.
